Privacy Policy
Effective 25 July 2024
Glasswerk Concerts collects only what we need to run shows and reply to people who get in touch.
What we collect
- If you sign up on a show, we store your email, that show (artist, venue, city, date and genre), and the IP address and city your connection comes from.
- If you send a customer support, access or work enquiry, we store your name, email, the details you enter and the same connection city, and email them to the Glasswerk team who handle that type of enquiry.
- Supporting documents sent with an access request, such as a PIP letter or Nimbus Access Card, are stored privately and only shared with the Glasswerk team handling your request.
- Ticket purchases happen on the ticket vendor’s own site. We do not take card details.
How we use it
Show signups are used to tell you about that show, including a change of status, and to tell you if an artist you follow announces or goes on sale in the same city. Update emails come from noreply@glasswerk.com and each one has a link to stop them. Enquiries are used to reply to you. We do not sell these lists.
How long we keep it
Signup and enquiry records stay in the Glasswerk admin until they are exported or removed. You can ask us to delete your email from those records.
Cookies
We only use cookies and similar storage that the site needs, unless you agree to more.
- Essential: a session cookie that keeps forms and signups secure, a cookie that remembers your cookie choice for six months, and settings stored in your browser for light or dark mode, list or grid view, and which shows you follow.
- Media (only with your permission): YouTube and Spotify players on event and artist pages set their own cookies when they load. Until you choose Accept all or load a player yourself, they stay switched off.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings, also linked in the footer.
